Biography
Born April 6, 1947 in Chita .
Graduated from Dnepropetrovsk State University. The 300th anniversary of the reunification of Ukraine with Russia in 1969 (Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics).
Candidate of physico-mathematical sciences (defended himself at the 300th anniversary of the reunification of Ukraine and Russia in Dnepropetrovsk State University in 1972, thesis topic: “Investigation of singular perturbations in optimal control problems”).
Doctor of physico-mathematical sciences (defended himself at MV Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1984, thesis topic: “Singular perturbations in optimal control problems”).
In 1975-1986, he worked in the Krasnoyarsk Computing Center of the Siberian Branch of the Academy of Sciences, then worked at the Turkmen Academy of Sciences.
Since 1992 - Chief Researcher, IPS RAS. [1] In 1995-1998, he was rector of the University of Pereslavl named after A.K. Aylamazyan. " [2]
Since 2007, she has been working at HSE .
