Vlasov village council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1922, he was part of the Khrebtovskoy volost of the Sergievsky district of Moscow province .
In 1923, the Goryushkinsky and Mardaryevsky s / s were attached to Vlasovsky s / s [1] .
According to 1926, the village council included the villages of Vlasovo , Goryushka , Mardaryevo and Novosyolki , as well as 5 farms [2] .
In 1929, Vlasov s / s was assigned to the Konstantinovsky district of the Kimry district of the Moscow region.
On July 17, 1939, the village of Sorokino of the abolished Salkovsky s / s was annexed to Vlasovsky s / s .
June 14, 1954 Vlasov s / s was abolished. Moreover, its territory was transferred to Khrebtovsky s / s [3] .
