Mergusovsky village council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1922, he was part of the Fedortsevsky volost of the Sergievsky district of Moscow province [1] .

According to 1926, the village council included the village of Mergusovo , the villages of Kopalovo and Tolstoukhovo [2] .

In 1929, the Mergusovsky s / s was assigned to the Konstantinovsky district of the Kimry district of the Moscow region.

July 17, 1939 Mergusovsky s / s was abolished. Moreover, all of his villages (Kopalovo, Mergusovo and Tolstoukhovo) were transferred to Selkovsky s / s [3] .
