Geography
The village of Zaovrazhye is located in the north of the Moscow region, in the northern part of the Solnechnogorsk district, about 14 km northeast of the center of Solnechnogorsk . 4 horticultural associations are attributed to the village [2] . Near the village flows the river Lutosnya . The nearest settlements are the villages of Zelenino , Mostki and Fedino [3] .

History
Zavrazhi , the village of the 1st camp , Shuyskaya, Elena Mikhailovna, Lekarshi, peasants 37 souls of a male, 45 female, 25 versts from a county town, between Dmitrovsky highway and the highway.

In the “List of Populated Places” of 1862 - the owner's village of the 1st camp of the Klinsky district of the Moscow province from the city of Klin on the right side of the Dmitrovsky tract, 20 versts from the county town and 10 versts from the flat, with wells, with 7 yards and 56 residents (24 men, 32 women) [5] .
According to the data for 1890 - the village of Solnechnogorsk volost of the Klinsky district with 73 souls of the population [6] , in 1899 - the village of the Vertlinsky volost of the Klinsky district, 84 inhabitants lived [7] .
In 1913 - 16 yards [11] .
According to the materials of the 1926 All-Union Census - the village of the Mostovsky village council of the Vertlinsky volost of the Klinsky district, 4.3 km from the Rogachev highway and 13.9 km from the Podsolnechnaya Oktyabrskaya railway station, there lived 91 residents (40 men, 51 women), there were 22 households, among which 21 are peasant [8] .
Since 1929 - a settlement in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region. By the decree of the Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of July 23, 1930, the okrug as an administrative-territorial unit was liquidated.
