Biography
Tatar nationality. By descent from the peasants of the village Turkayas of the Al volost [2] of the Kazan district of the Kazan province. Index mullah in Tetyushsky district of the Kazan province. The Tiller Muslim candidate. The progressive [3] .
On April 15, 1906 he was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation from the general composition of the electors of the Kazan provincial election assembly. Member of the Muslim faction. According to modern historians, poor knowledge of the Russian language prevented participation in the Duma. Soon after the dissolution of the Perava Duma, he returned to his homeland.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
