Biography
Born in the Smolensk region. He graduated from high school. He worked on the collective farm as the foreman of the integrated brigade.
He served in the Navy. In 1971 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics of TSAA and was left in graduate school. After defending the dissertation - assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor of the Department of Statistics TSHA.
