Luch is a Russian literary and artistic magazine in Udmurtia and the Urals .

History

The magazine was founded in Izhevsk in 1991 by the Union of Writers of Udmurtia . The founder of the editorial office is the Press and Mass Communications Agency of the Udmurt Republic. The magazine is registered with the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications .

Since the mid-90s, the magazine has been published in double issues six times a year.

Since 2017, the magazine has been published four times a year (once a quarter), the magazine has become larger.
