Bai-Ali Movladievich Vakhidov (born February 4, 1951 , Taldy-Kurgan Region , Kazakh SSR , USSR ) is a Soviet and Russian Chechen actor and director , Honored Artist of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (1988), People's Artist of the Chechen Republic (1998).

Biography
He was born on February 4, 1951 in Taldy-Kurgan region, where his family was in deportation .
In 1978 he graduated from the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography (workshop of professors Vasily Merkuryev and Irina Meyerhold ). After graduation, he began working at the Chechen-Ingush State Drama Theater named after H. Nuradilov .
In 1988, he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic . In 1991, he won the prize of the National Fund for the Revival and Development of the Chechen Culture. In 1998 he was awarded the title of People's Artist of the Chechen Republic. In 2007, he became a graduate of the international theater festival in Novocherkassk .
In the Khanpasha Nuradilov Theater, he played a number of roles: Ferdinand (“ Cunning and Love ” by Friedrich Schiller ), Borodin (“The Nightingale Grove” by Yezhov), Exposito (“The Last Street Tramp”), Sicily (“ Coriolanus ” by William Shakespeare ), Federico Rasponi (“The Servant of Two Masters ” Carlo Goldoni ), Figaro (“ The Marriage of Figaro ” by Beaumarchais ), Leonardo (“ Bloody Wedding ” by Garcia Lorca ) and others. In addition, he directed the play “Two Watermelons in One Hand” as a director.
In 2009, he moved to the Grozny Russian State Drama Theater named after M. Yu. Lermontov . In August 2009 he moved to the Serlo Youth Theater . In this theater, he currently works as an actor and director.
At the Ingush State Drama Theater he staged the play “The Wolf Tail”.
