Edmund Patrick "Eddie" Cahill ( born Edmund Patrick "Eddie" Cahill ; born January 15, 1978 , New York ) is an American actor. Best known for his role as goalkeeper Jim Craig who participated in the match " Miracle on Ice " in the film " Miracle ". He also played Tag Jones in the series Friends and Detective Don Flack in CSI Crime Scene New York [3] .

Early life and education
Edmund Patrick Cahill was born on January 15, 1978 in New York ( NY ). He has an older brother and a younger sister. From his father's side, he is of Irish descent, and from his mother's side - Italian . His father works as a stockbroker, and his mother teaches in elementary school [4] [5] .
Cahill graduated from Byram Hills High School in Armonk, New York in 1996 [6] . He attended Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs , New York [7] and the Atlantic Theater Acting School [8] , which is part of the Tisch School of the Art ) at New York University [9] .
Personal life
Cahill married Nikki Uberti , who was his girlfriend for a long time, on July 22, 2009 in Los Angeles [10] Uberti is a makeup artist [11] , a former model [12] and ex-wife of photographer Terry Richardson [13 ] . The couple had a son, Henry ( Eng. Henry ) November 24, 2009 [14] .
Cahill has a tattoo on his right shoulder with the name of his wife in the heart pierced by the arrow and the swallow at the top [15] .
Cahill is a fan of the New York Rangers hockey team [16] [17] .
