Morozovsky Village Council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1918, he was part of the Khotkovsky volost of Dmitrovsky district of Moscow province .

In 1921, the Khotkovsky volost was transferred to Sergievsky uyezd [1] .

According to 1926, the village council included 4 settlements - Morozovo , Matryonki , Morozovo-Novoe, Filimonovo , as well as 2 railway booths [2] .

In 1929, Morozovsky s / s was assigned to Sergievsky (from 1930 - Zagorsky) district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.

On November 13, 1938, the village of Komyakovo was transferred from the abolished Khotkovsky s / s to Morozovsky.

June 14, 1954 Morozovsky s / s was abolished. Moreover, its territory, together with Gorbunovsky and Repikhovsky s / s, was merged into Mitinsky s / s [3] .
