Biography
He graduated from the Chimkent State Teachers' Institute. N.K. Krupskaya (1945) and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1950). Candidate of Historical Sciences (1965).
- In 1942 - a turner at a military factory in Petropavlovsk .
- In 1950 - 1951 , he was a senior teacher at the Alma-Ata Higher Party School.
- In 1951 - 1956 - First Secretary, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kazakh SSR .
- In 1956 - 1961 - lecturer of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan .
- In 1961 - 1968 - Secretary, Second Secretary of the Kokchetav Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
- In 1968 - 1973 - Head of the Department of Science and Educational Institutions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
- In 1973 - 1976 - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kazakh SSR.
- From July 7, 1976 to December 23, 1983 [1] - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Mali .
- From December 24, 1983 to 1990 [2] - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Morocco .
