The Kovylnivske village village ( Ukrainian: Kovilnivske silske settlement , Crimean-Tat. Kovilnoy koy yurt, Manaikoy yurt ) is a municipality in the Razdolnensky district of the Republic of Crimea of Russia .

Content
Geography
The settlement is located in the east of the district, in the steppe Crimea , near the border with Pervomaisky district . It borders on the north with Razdolnensky , in the north-west with Kukushkinsky , in the west and south with Serebryansky rural settlements [5] .
The settlement area is 187.89 km² [1] .
Main highway: 35K-015 highway Razdolnoye - Evpatoria [6] (according to Ukrainian classification - T-0111 [7] ).

History
The Village Council, like Monaysky , as part of the Ak-Sheikh district (renamed in 1944 as Razdolnensky [15] ) was formed in the 1930s, since it already existed in 1940 [16] . By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of August 21, 1945, the Monay Village Council was renamed the Kovylnovsky Village Council [17] . On June 25, 1946, the council as part of the Crimean region of the RSFSR [18] , and on April 26, 1954, the Crimean region was transferred from the RSFSR to the Ukrainian SSR [19] . By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR "On the consolidation of rural areas of the Crimean region" of December 30, 1962, the Razdolnensky district was abolished and the council was annexed to the Black Sea [21] [22] . January 1, 1965, by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR "On Amendments to the Administrative Zoning of the Ukrainian SSR - in the Crimean Region", was again included in the Razdolnensky [23] .
In January 1967, the Botanical Village Council was formed, in which Borisovka, Botanical (formerly Stepnoye), Kumovo and Prisivashnoye left; by January 1, 1968, Kremnevo, Lastochkino, Malyutka, Pogranichnoye, Tatyanovka, and Tulips were liquidated — the council acquired a modern composition [24] .
Since February 12, 1991, the village council in the restored Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic [25] , on February 26, 1992, was renamed the Autonomous Republic of Crimea [26] . Since March 21, 2014 - as part of the Republic of Crimea of Russia [27] . The Law “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities and the Status of Municipalities in the Republic of Crimea” of June 4, 2014 declared the territory of an administrative unit as a municipality with the status of a rural settlement [28] .
