Parbat ( Nepalese. पर्वत जिल्ला ) is one of the 75 districts of Nepal . It is part of the Dhaulagiri zone, which, in turn, is part of the country's Western region . The administrative center is the city of Kusma.

It borders with Baglung district (in the west), Myagdi region (in the northwest), Kaski and Syangja regions of the Gandaki zone (in the east and northeast), Gulmi district of the Lumbini zone (in the southwest). The area of the district is 494 km².
According to the 2011 census, the population is 146,590 people, of which 65,301 are men and 81,289 are women [1] . According to the 2001 census, the population numbered 157,826 people [2] . 89.48% of the population profess Hinduism ; 9.32% - Buddhism ; 0.45% - Christianity and 0.43% - Islam [3] .
