History
The square was formed in the late 1920s after the transfer of the Irinovskaya railway and the construction of the new station Rzhevka. At the same time, a new highway to the Ryabovsky highway was opened to the square, where it was connected to the old highway, which later became Rzhevskaya Street .
In 1951, the square was given the official name Rzhevskaya , the people also had the name Square Rzhevka station .
In November 2008 , after the construction of an overpass along the Ryabovsky highway , Rzhevskaya street was merged with the Ryabovsky highway on the overpass and was actually cut off from the square, and a side passage under the overpass was built to connect the square and the Ryabovsky highway.
In August 2012 , after the introduction of one-way traffic on the Ryabovskoye Highway and Rzhevskaya Street, a jumper was laid to connect the square and Rzhevskaya Street.
