Okil Gaybullaevich Okilov ( taj. Okil Okilov was born on February 2, 1944 in Leninabad . In 1967, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering , and in 1980 - the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU.
Prior to his appointment as prime minister, he held the posts of Minister of Construction of the Republic of Tajikistan (1993-1994), Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan (1994-1996), First Deputy Chairman of the Leninabad Region (1996-1999).
At the end of November 2013, he was dismissed, Kohir Rasulzada , who previously headed the Sughd region , was appointed to take his place [1] .
