Natalie ( Jap. ナ タ リ ー Natari:) is a Japanese website dedicated to entertainment news. Opened February 1, 2007. Used by Natasha, Inc. Named after the eponymous song by Julio Iglesias . Delivers news to leading Japanese Internet portals and social networks like Mobage Town, GREE, Livedoor, Excite , Mixi [3] and Yahoo! Japan . The site also achieved success on Twitter: as of December 2010, with 300 thousand subscribers, it is the third most readable media in Japan (after Mainichi Shimbun and Asahi Shimbun ) [3] .

Content
History
Natasha, Inc., a content provider, was founded in December 2005 [4] . In February 2006, it became a limited liability company ( Iugen Gai ), and in January 2007 it was transformed into a joint-stock company ( Kabusiki Gai ) [4] .
February 1, 2007 Natasha, Inc. opened her own Natalie news site [4] , named after the eponymous song (“Nathalie”) by Julio Iglesias [5] . The site was dedicated only to music news and was created with the idea of being updated daily, which the print media could not do. It was also possible to register on the website; after registration, the user could comment on news articles, as well as create a list of up to 30 artists about whom he would like to receive updates [4] .
The website was growing fast. On December 25, 2008, Comic Natalie was opened on it, dedicated to manga news [6] , on August 5, 2009 - Owarai Natalie, dedicated to artists of the comic genre, [6] , and on May 18, 2011 - Oyatsu Natalie, dedicated to snacks (junk - food). The last of these, however, turned out to be short-lived - it was closed [7] on August 31 of the same year.

Founder and director of Natasha, Inc. - Takuya Oyama. He is also the editor-in-chief of the music news website [8] . As of 2011, the chief editor of the Comic Natalie subsite is Gen Garaki, a bass guitar player who has played with artists such as the band Speed , Ram Rider , Haruko Momoi and Nana Kawase [9] .
Reviews and criticism
According to IT Media News, the Natalie music website has a huge amount of information that is needed by ardent fans. At the same time, the publication writes that the information is too detailed, and therefore readers do not read the entire article, but only browse, snatching individual pieces [10] .
