The helicopter was flying at the request of Bashneft OJSC on the route Kolva helipad - the helipad of the supporting base of the Bashneft oilfield at the Roman Trebs oil field - Kolva helipad. After the landing of two passengers, unloading and loading of cargo (total weight 400 kg) without turning off the engines at 13:03, the crew took off at the Kolva helipad. 2-2.5 minutes after take-off, at an altitude of 215-250 m, the left and right engines switched off sequentially. The crew took measures to perform an emergency landing and tried to start the engine. When landing with idle engines in conditions of poor visibility, at a flight speed of 110-120 km / h and a vertical decrease speed of 6-8 m / s, a helicopter collided with the earth's surface in the tundra area with a right bank of about 20 ° and with a negative pitch angle about 4 ° 2.4 km south of the helipad of the support base of the field at the Roman Trebs oil field . The helicopter collapsed. There was no fire at the scene [2] .
