Union of Southern Slesvig voters ( German Südschleswigsche Wählerverband (SSW) , Dates Sydslesvigsk Vælgerforening , village Frieze. Söödschlaswiksche Wäälerferbånd ) is a regional party in the state of Schleswig-Holstein .

The Danish minority party in Germany was founded on June 30, 1948 and has about 4,000 members. In the elections to the Bundestag in 1949, she won 1st place.
The party is unique: it represents and protects the rights of the Danish and Frisian minorities of the land and the only one of all parties in Germany is exempted from the five percent barrier, therefore, it is always present in the Landtag.
After the elections to the Landtag of Schleswig-Holstein, on May 6, 2012, a coalition was formed with the participation of the SPD , the Greens and the Union of South Schleswig voters. Party spokeswoman Anke Sporendonk became Minister of Justice, Culture and European Affairs.
