Biography
Anna-Miriam Gansonre was born and spent her childhood in Donetsk . She was brought up by her mother Natalya Filippovna, since the father of the volleyball player, a native of Burkina Faso , left the family when Anya was still very young. She began to play at the age of 9 in the Donetsk youth sports school No. 2 under the guidance of trainer-teacher Nadezhda Dmitrievna Salakhutdinova. At the age of 15, she moved to Bila Tserkva , where she entered the sports boarding school and became a member of the local team of the major league “Ros”, which was the base team of the junior national team of Ukraine. In July 1998, Anna-Miriam defended her colors at the World Youth Games in Moscow [1] .
In 2000, Gansonre moved to Russia, having signed a contract with Balakovo NPP, and in 2004 adopted Russian citizenship. In Balakovo, a dark-skinned gamer spent seven seasons and was a favorite of local fans who called her Snowflake. As a member of the team, she won three bronzes of the national championships and three times (in 2002, 2004 and 2005) played in the “Final Four” of the European Volleyball Confederation Cup . In the 2005/06 season, the injury to Gansonre and several other players significantly weakened the Balakovo NPP, which once again reached the decisive matches of the European Cup, but failed to play in the national championship.
In 2007, Anna-Miriam Gansonre moved to Omsk Spartak, and since 2011 she has been playing for Dynamo Krasnodar . In the 2012/13 season, she won the Challenge Cup . In the final matches of this tournament, Gansonre reinforced the game with substitutions, and Marina Grayukhnich, another graduate of the Belotserkovsky boarding school in Dynamo, was recognized as the most valuable player in the finals. [2]
In May 2014, Anna-Miriam Gansonre signed a one-year contract with Avtodor-Metar . Commenting on her invitation, Chelyabinsk coach Dmitry Dyakov noted: “Anna is our hope and support. She perfectly accepts the rivals' feed - on a silver platter she lays the ball to her partners. She is good on the block. Maybe attack so that it’s better not to fall under her blow ... ” [3]
After the season in Chelyabinsk, Gansonre signed a contract with Proton , after 8 years returning to the team from the Saratov region [4] . In 2017, she completed her playing career.
