History
The village of Grafa-Palenskoye was founded in 1872. In 1913 there were 103 courtyards in it, there was a church, a church school, an oil mill, 6 mills, 2 sawmills and 7 trading establishments. The village was part of the Count of the Palenky volost of the Przhevalsky district of the Pishpek district of the Semirechensk region [2] .
