An adiabatic shell is a shell that prevents heat exchange between the physical body and the external environment, which makes the process adiabatic . Examples are thermos , Dewar vessel . As an adiabatic shell, there can be a magnetic field preventing the contact of the high-temperature plasma with the installation walls. An adiabatic shell that completely insulates the body does not exist.
