Biography
Pavel Kazankov was born in the village of Dmitriyevka, Blagoveshchensk district of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic . During the Great Patriotic War he worked at the machine tool. He studied at a college in Ufa . During his studies, he began to engage in athletics, in particular, running. After the injury, I started walking. At his first official competitions he broke the record of Bashkiria. He played for DSO "Petrel". He graduated from the Lesgaft Institute of Physical Culture and Sports . In 1956-1996 - a teacher at the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute . There he prepared the champion of the USSR, Honored Trainer of the USSR Sergey Bondarenko .
Died January 19, 2018 . He was buried on January 23, 2018 at the Pesochinsky cemetery in St. Petersburg [1] .
