Sergei Ivanovich Nefyodov (born June 21, 1947, Rostov-on-Don , Rostov Region , USSR ) is a Russian political and public figure, Hero of the Russian Federation ( 1997 ), a former tester of the Moscow Institute of Biomedical Problems .

Biography
Born on June 21, 1947 in Rostov-on-Don. Russian.
- In 1962 he graduated from high school No. 52, worked as a fitter at the Proletarsky Hammer factory.
- In 1966-1969 he served in the Soviet Army, graduated from the school of aviation specialists in the Carpathian Military District, and served in Moscow as a tester of the aerospace life support and rescue systems in one of the research institutes of the USSR Ministry of Defense.
- From 1969 to 1976 he worked as a tester at the Moscow Institute of Biomedical Problems of the USSR Ministry of Health. Experiments and tests: stay under the influence of 8-fold gravity for 17 minutes and under the influence of 12-fold gravity for 3 minutes; spent 56 days in an immersion medium - in the conditions of a rigid imitation of weightlessness.
- Since 1976, he worked in the Sheremetyevo airline complex in engineering and team positions.
- In 1981 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers (MIIGA) .
- In 1997, by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 17, 1997, for the courage and heroism shown during the trials related to space exploration, Sergey Ivanovich Nefyodov was awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation (by the same Decree, the title of Hero was awarded to Kostin Viktor Konstantinovich , Evgeny Alexandrovich Kiryushin and Tsvetov Vladimir Evgenievich ).
- Since 2001 - Deputy Director of Serebryany Bor Bor Bakery and Confectionery OJSC.
Honorary Academician of the Russian Academy of Cosmonautics. He is the chairman of the Courage and Courage Council of the All-Russian Public Organization “Officers of Russia” [1] .
Lives in Moscow. Engaged in political activities [2] . In the summer of 2015, he was included in the list of the Civil Initiative party in the elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Kaluga Region on September 13, 2015 .
Nominated for the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the 7th convocation from the RPPS for the regional group Moscow 2 number.
Also, he supported the single-mandate candidacy of Dmitry Gudkov from the Yabloko Party .
