Alexander Alexandrovich Kirillov ( born Alexander Kirillov, Jr. ) is a Russian-American mathematician and teacher.

Biography
Alexander Kirillov was born in the Soviet Union. The son (and full namesake) of the Soviet mathematician Alexander Alexandrovich Kirillov .
Graduated from Moscow State University . He received a master’s degree at Moscow State University in 1989, and a doctorate in mathematics from Yale , a student of Igor Frenkel .
He is currently a professor at New York State University at Stony Brook . Like his father, he is engaged in gifted young students, he is a teacher at the SchoolPlus project, founded in 1995 [1] .
