FNC ENTERTAINMENT ( EFN Entertainment ) is a South Korean record label and talent search agency. It is a subsidiary of the media conglomerate CJ E & M. The letters "FNC" in the title - an abbreviation of "fish and cake" [1] .

The company was founded in July 2006 by Han Song Ho , a singer who served as a producer. At first, the company was called FNC Music, but in 2012, Han Sung Ho transferred it to a new level, renaming FNC Entertainment and starting to expand its scope of activity in the field of entertainment. Then, in January 2012, Han Son Ho took the loan and moved the company's office to his own four-story building in Cheongdam in the south of Seoul . The offices of SM Entertainment , JYP Entertainment and Cube Entertainment are located in the same area, forcing foreign tourists to flock there as part of tours of the Korean wave places [1] .
As of 2013, the company ranks third in its country in terms of sales of music, lagging behind only SM Entertainment and YG Entertainment [1] .
