Biography
Graduated from Kharkov Pedagogical Institute. G. Skovorody (1988, specialty - teacher of the Russian language and literature), Ukrainian National Academy named after Y. Wise (2003, specialty - jurisprudence), (2008, Master of Public Administration), Kharkov National University of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (2017, candidate of legal sciences) [2] .
She worked as a court clerk in the Kharkov Lenin People's Court. In 1978 she moved to the city of Zmiev, Kharkov region , where she worked at a boarding school, Chemuzhovskoy secondary school of the Zmievsky district, in the Zmievsky district executive committee, the Zmievsky district state administration (head of the department for family and youth).
In 2002-2005, he was a lawyer in the private company Kredo (Zmievsky District). In 2005-2010 - Chairman of the Pecheneg District State Administration. Since 2010 - Deputy Director of the Institute for Regional Policy.
In 2015, Irina Efremova took first place in the ranking of the most influential women in the Kharkiv region, which was compiled by the Center for Political Consulting. [3]
