Electro X-ray is a method of X-ray diagnostics , with which you can get an image of the study area on ordinary writing paper. The method is based on the fact that the electric potential on a charged semiconductor selenium plate decreases in proportion to the x-ray dose [1] . The latent electrostatic image is visualized by spraying a special developing powder. The powder image on the semiconductor wafer is transferred onto writing paper. The image is fixed on paper by heating or in vapors of acetone and toluene.
Electro-X-ray diffraction is designed to quickly obtain an X-ray image when examining the human musculoskeletal system, and, if necessary, the internal organs [1] . Allows you to eliminate the "wet" photo process, which is significant, for example, when X-ray in field conditions. To perform an X-ray diffraction, use of an attachment to an X-ray diagnostic apparatus — an X-ray diffractometer .
