Geography
The territory of the rural settlement is located in the north-west of the Novgorod region, north of Veliky Novgorod , in the region of the Tyosovsky swamps, in which peat is extracted and processed. The territory of the municipality runs the railway line Novolisino - Veliky Novgorod.
History
Tesovo-Netylsky rural settlement was established in accordance with the law of the Novgorod region dated April 1, 2014 No. 533-OZ [2] by combining the Tyosovo-Netylsky urban settlement and the Tyosovsky urban settlement .
