Born on May 12, 1952, Chisty Chandak, Fedorovsky district , Kostanay region . Father - Aman Iosif Iosifovich (born in 1930) worked as an agronomist and manager in department No. 3 of the Fedorovsky district. Mother - Aman Frida Iosifovna (1931-1996) previously worked as a laborer.
