History

In 1966, the Vinogradovsky Village Council was created [15] . In 1968, there were 3 villages in the Vinogranensky Village Council: Vetrovka, Vinogradovo and Volnoe [16] , as well as in 1977 [17] . The time to establish the Vinogradovsky variant has not yet been established. The village of Volnoye was liquidated by 1985, since it does not appear on the lists of settlements liquidated after this date [18] . Since February 12, 1991, the village council in the restored Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic [19] , on February 26, 1992, was renamed the Autonomous Republic of Crimea [20] . Since March 21, 2014 - as part of the Republic of Crimea of Russia [21] . The Law “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities and the Status of Municipalities in the Republic of Crimea” of June 4, 2014 declared the territory of an administrative unit as a municipality with the status of a rural settlement [22] .
