Built in 2010 in the style of modernism, designed by LWK & Partners and Tange Associates (previously there was a 17-story office Tung Ying Building, demolished in 2006). The ONE's deveroper is Chinese Estates . The center has 24 ground and 5 underground floors, 13 elevators, more than 130 shops and restaurants, a cinema and parking [1] [2] [3] [4] .
