Dochu ( cargo. დოჭუ ) is a village located in the Akhmeta municipality of the Kakheti region of Georgia . The daughter is located in the mountainous region of Tusheti , at an altitude of 2050 meters above sea level.

General information
The village of Dochu is located in the historical geographical mountain region of Tusheti, in the north-east of Georgia, this region is submitted for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List [1] .
My daughter is the end point of the tourist route of the Tusheti National Park from the village of Omalo , through Hahabo and Gogrult, the return route to Omalo passes through the villages of Gogarat and Gele [2] . Tourist routes of Tsovata and Gonta [3] [4] also pass through Docha.
The village stands on a rocky ledge, surrounded by pine forests and alpine meadows . In the vicinity of the village there is a population of bearded goats , wild ancestors of domestic goats . The architecture of the houses, which consists mainly of three-story buildings, is different from other villages in the region. A family hotel has been opened in Docha to accommodate tourists [2] .
Interesting Facts
At the beginning of the last century, according to travelers, above the village was an ancient pagan temple , which once served as a venue for local festivals [5] .
