Madagascar paddlers [1] (Latin Boophis madagascariensis ) - a species of frogs from the genus Madagascar paddlers ( Boophis ) of the Mantell family.

Content
Appearance and buildIt is a tree frog of brown color up to 8 cm in length. Madagascar's paddleb has bulging eyes and large discs on the fingers. There are small triangular folds on the elbows and near the heel joint.
The frogs are up to 2 cm long. They are light green with white spots on the head and a brown grid pattern on the back. Because of differences from adults, the young were previously described as a separate species.
Distribution and habitatEndemics of Madagascar . Normal view in shallow forest rivers with slow currents.
BehaviorAdults usually sit on bushes at a height of about a meter along the banks of rivers. Their voice is like a moan.
Reproduction and developmentMadagascar paddlep spawns right in the water. Black eggs. Most tadpoles undergo metamorphosis for two periods of time: on the very eve of winter and next spring. The frogs develop very quickly and become indistinguishable from adults in three months.
