Johann Bussemacher ( German: Johann Bussemacher ; circa 1580 - 1613 ) - German engraver, publisher, cartographer.

Actively worked as an engraver, publisher, cartographer in Cologne from 1580 to 1613.

Among his many works, which the master signed “Jans. Busse "," J. Bussm. ”,“ Jo Buss ”,“ Johan Bussemec ”and“ I. Busem ”, several images of saints, 13 prints copied from the“ Feats of Hercules ”by Heinrich Aldegrever .

In 1592, in Cologne, together with the cartographer and engraver Matthias Quaden, he published an atlas of Europe. His engraving of the maps of the Moscow state , “Europae” , “Natolia olim Asia Minor” (Turkey with the image of the Black and Azov Seas) is known [1] (1600), etc.
