Biography
Born in 1932 in the Kaduy district of the Vologda region. Worked on the construction of the city of Angarsk, Irkutsk region since 1956. He was nominated to the foremen of his construction team as a model worker. Over the years of the seven-year plan, under the leadership of the Stupishin, the construction team introduced 125 thousand square meters of housing, labor productivity grew 3 times, and the seven-year plan was completed in 4.5 years. The brigade was awarded the title "Brigade of Communist Labor", and the brigadier - the title of Hero of Socialist Labor (1966) [1] .
