Biography
Graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute. S. M. Kirova (1971) and the Alma-Ata Higher Party School (1987). From May 1985 to October 1988, the first secretary of the Ekibastuz city committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan. He was awarded the Order of Kurmet (1995), the commemorative model of Astana (1998). A street was named in memory of Duysembayev (the former 1st Severny passage in 3 microdistricts starts from Pshenbaev street, crosses Gornyakov St. and ends with M. Auezov Avenue).
