| Lieutenant General Alexander Krivenko | |
Born on April 20, 1958 in the village of Glinsk, Svetlovodsk district, Kirovograd region .
In 1979 he graduated from the Omsk Higher Combined Arms Command twice the Red Banner School named after M.V. Frunze with a gold medal. He served in the Armed Forces of the USSR , the National Guard of Ukraine , the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He went from a platoon commander to a deputy commander of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
In 1999 he graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with honors.
In June 2012, he was appointed deputy chief of the Main Directorate - commander of the Internal Troops - chief of staff [6] .
On April 18, 2014, by Decree of the President of Ukraine, he was appointed First Deputy Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine [7] On August 23, 2014, he was awarded the military rank of Lieutenant General [3] . From October 14, 2014 to February 6, 2015, acting Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine. [8] [9]
On November 10, 2018, by decree of the President of Ukraine, he was relieved of the post of first deputy commander of NSU.
He is the author of many publications and training manuals.
