The commune is located approximately 580 km south of Paris , 39 km northwest of Toulouse [1] .
Climate
The climate is temperate - oceanic [2] . Winters are mild and snowy, spring is characterized by heavy rains and thunderstorms, summers are dry and hot, and autumn is sunny. Strong southeast and northwest winds prevail.
