Settlement lands - lands located, as a rule, within the city limits or within the boundaries of other settlements , used and intended for the development and development of urban and rural settlements and separated from other categories of lands.
In accordance with the urban planning regulations , the following territorial zones can be allocated as part of settlement lands: residential, public, business, industrial, engineering and transport infrastructures, recreational, agricultural use, special purposes and others.
Intra-population territory - territory located outside the boundaries of settlements.
