Biography

Born on September 27, 1936 in the village of Petrovka in the Chkalovsky district of the Kokchetav region (today - the Tayynshinsky district of the North Kazakhstan region ) in a family of repressed Poles from Ukraine. He graduated from high school in Petrovka. In 1953 he entered the Alma-Ata Zootechnical Institute, after which from 1958 he worked first as a livestock specialist at the Tselinniy state farm, then in the regional agricultural department.

In 1962 he was appointed director of the Birliksky state farm of the Ruzaevsky district of the Kokchetav region (nowadays - the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region). He stayed in this position for 34 years.

Turned his state farm into an economically sustainable agricultural enterprise. Thanks to the introduction of new varieties, grain productivity has increased. Under him, the state farm began to engage in animal husbandry. For outstanding success in work, he was awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples in 1974.

In 1981 he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor and was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor "for outstanding achievements in fulfilling plans and socialist commitments to sell a billion pounds of grain to the state in 1980 and overfulfilling plans for the tenth five-year plan for the production and purchase of bread and other agricultural products" [ 1] .

He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR.

In 1997 he retired. He lived in the city of Schuchinsk . In 2004 he emigrated to Poland (to the city of Wodzislaw Slaski ), where he died on June 6, 2005.
