Nick Andersson took Backders Babies guitarist Anders “Dregen” Svensson , bassist Kenny and former Sewer grooves drummer Robert Ericsson as his assistant, and left behind a microphone. Two years later, the debut album Supershitty To The Max (1996) appeared, taking 39th position in the Swedish charts and receiving the Swedish Grammy. The next album, Payin 'The Dues (1997), rose to the 19th line and Nick decided to seriously focus on his new group, leaving Entombed. In the same year, the group was lucky to share the scene with their idols Kiss , when they toured in Scandinavia.
Having achieved some fame in Europe and Australia, the group signed a contract with the label Sub Pop , which demonstrates their focus on the American music market. They performed rock - fast, heavy and overly loud - which led to their collaboration with , with whom they performed and recorded the single many times, as well as with The Dictators , with whom they made several European tours.
Success overtook the group in 2000, when the album High visibility was released . The disc became the best-selling release for the entire existence of the group, and received gold status in the homeland, being published there on a major label, while in the USA, it appeared only a year later, on a small indie label. Universal decided to release the band's next album, By the Grace of God (2002), on both sides of the ocean. Further, to make life easier for the fans, a collection of rare Cream Of The Crap Vol. 1 (2002) and Cream Of The Crap Vol. 2 (2004). Despite the fact that the 2005 release contained old-fashioned rock and roll, it was called Rock & Roll Is Dead ( Russian rock and roll is dead ). After the release of the latest album Head Off (2008), the group was friendly disbanded to allow members to participate in other projects.
