Biography
Mikhail Boldyrev was born in 1890 in the village of Kalitven Region, Don Don Troops . He graduated from three classes of a parish school and a real school. In 1911, he became close to the Social Democrats and participated in the revolutionary movement. In 1913, Boldyrev was called up for service in the tsarist army. Since 1918 - in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army [1] .
Since January 1920, at party work, he directed the Novocherkassk District Executive Committee, the Don Revolutionary Tribunal, and the Don Executive Committee. Since November 1921, Boldyrev served as chairman of the Tersk Provincial Executive Committee, and in October 1922 he was transferred to Smolensk. Since October 14, 1922 he headed the Smolensk Provincial Executive Committee. He was elected a delegate to the X and XI All-Russian Congress of Soviets, a candidate member of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the RSFSR. On July 12, 1924, Boldyrev was relieved of his duties in connection with his transfer to work in Moscow [1] .
Since July 1924, Boldyrev worked as Deputy People's Commissar of Internal Affairs, and then Secretary of the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR, Chairman of the Administrative Commission at the All-Russian Central Executive Committee. Since January 1926, he led the Stalingrad Provincial Executive Committee. In 1927, Boldyrev was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR. Since August 1928, he worked in Tashkent, first as deputy chairman and then chairman of the State Planning Commission of the Uzbek SSR, deputy chairman, chairman of the Central Asian Economic Council. He was elected a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Uzbek and Tajik SSR. In February 1932, Boldyrev returned to work in Moscow , where he headed the Soyuzzagotkhlopok association first, and since August 1934, the Main Directorate of Cotton Procurement and Cotton Ginneries of the USSR Peopleβs Commissariat for Light Industry. He was elected a member of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR, a delegate to the X β XVII Party Congresses [1] .
In early April 1938, Boldyrev was expelled from the party, and on April 17 he was arrested on charges of subversive activities in the Soviet light industry. He died in Lefortovo prison on June 1, 1938 . On May 21, 1956, the criminal case against Boldyrev was dismissed, all charges were dropped from him [1] .
