Mikhail Ivanovich Kolbus ( 1882 - December 7, 1937 , Ordzhonikidze ) - revolutionary, Soviet public and party leader, chairman of the Vladikrispol.

Biography
Born in 1882 in a working class family. In 1904 he joined the RSDLP (b) . Since 1916 he participated in the First World War . In 1917 he was elected a member of the Nalchik Council of People's Deputies. In 1918, he participated in the August events in Vladikavkaz as part of a police force led by him. In 1921 he was appointed head of the department in the regional executive committee. From August to November 1924 he was a member of the revolutionary committee. From November 1924 to 1927, he was chairman of the Vladikavkaz District Council of Workers, Peasants, and Red Army Deputies (Vladikrispolkom).
In 1929-1934 he was the director of the Grozny Zavodstroy. In 1934-1935 - Chairman of the Grozny City Council. Removed from work for the illegal issue of loans and bonuses [1] .
Shot on December 17, 1937 in Ordzhonikidze . Rehabilitated posthumously.
