Achievements
- Under the leadership of Alexey Andreevich Kochetov:
• the plant carried out a complete modernization of production, outdated equipment was replaced with modern equipment from leading European manufacturers;
• 10 enterprises were built from scratch in Russia, including those for the production of beer and non-alcoholic beverages, malt ;
• for the first time in Ochakovo production of kvass using double fermentation technology: lactic acid and yeast has been launched on an industrial scale;
• the beginning of the revival of the traditions of Russian viticulture and winemaking (“Southern Wine Company”), laid down in the XIX century by Prince Golitsyn;
• the company "Ochakovo" headed for the production of natural drinks [1]
Starting the reconstruction, we set the task: the quality, natural products that Ochakovo produces should be made available to the mass consumer. This is not only my ideology. Today, the whole team: my deputies, chief specialists, shop managers, foremen, knows that neither preservatives nor any chemical ingredients are added to the products of our plant. Of course, the production of natural products is more complicated and troublesome. We, of course, are interested in the level of profits, but not to the same extent as our other colleagues, whose enterprises belong to foreigners ... We live in Russia, and we care about the health of its people.
- Kochetov A.A.
• for the first time in Russia and in the world in 1994 at the Ochakovo IPBK, beer was started to be bottled in PET bottles;
• in 1995, the first Russian beer was produced in aluminum cans;
• released cocktail "Gin and Tonic";
• the recipe of rustic white sour kvass made from wheat malt and whole rye grain according to old family recipes - “Family Secret” was restored;
• the world's only children's kvysyonok kvass was created.
On the initiative of Alexei Andreyevich Kochetov, the unique Ochakovo Museum of Traditional Russian Drinks was created on the territory of the operating enterprise, the purpose of which is to familiarize Ochakovo visitors with classical technologies for the production of traditional drinks and to increase the culture of drinking.
- Alexey Andreevich made a weighty contribution to the revival of the national astronautics, for which he was awarded the medal "For the promotion of space activities."
Through the efforts of Alexei Kochetov, it was possible to prevent the sale to the Americans of the strategically important factory Saturn , which produces solar panels and batteries for spacecraft. Thanks to financial support from Ochakovo [2] today
The Saturn plant provides a full cycle of creating high-tech products: research, development, production of prototypes, prototyping, production of flight sets, maintenance in operation. We work not only with Russian enterprises. The plant supplied its products to France, Germany, China. That is, our products have deserved worldwide recognition.
