Tsuglenok, Nikolay Vasilyevich

Nikolai Vasilyevich Tsuglenok (born December 17, 1946 , D. Petrovka, Birilyussky district, Krasnoyarsk Territory , USSR ) - Russian scientist, rector of the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University FSEI HPO from 1995-2014. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences (2012). He is a full member of the Russian Academy of Technological Sciences, the International Academy of Information , the International Academy of Higher Education.

Biography

In 1969 he graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Agricultural Institute , where he remained to work, having gone from an assistant to a rector.

In 1974 he graduated from the graduate school of the Chelyabinsk Institute of Mechanization and Electrification, and in 1977 he defended his thesis on "Electrification and automation of agricultural production."

In 1977 he was appointed head of the department of electrical engineering and automation of agricultural production of the Krasnoyarsk Agricultural Institute. For a long time he combined this work with the work of the head of the faculty of advanced training of young specialists.

In 1979, on the initiative of N.V. Zuglenka opened the specialty "Electrification of Agriculture", on the basis of which the electrical engineering faculty was created.

From 1995 to October 2014 - he was the rector of KrasGAU.

Academician of the National Academy of Education Development Support, honorary member - correspondent of the editorial board of the “Education Elite of Russia” All-Russian National Project [1] .

In 2000 he defended his doctoral work on the topic "Formation and development of the structure of electrothermal complexes for preparing seeds for sowing".

Scientific achievements

N. V. Tsuglenok created a scientific school in Krasnoyarsk on the use of high-frequency and high-frequency microwave power for seed and food grains, including the development of drying technologies, their stimulation, disinfection and sterilization from pathogenic microflora.

Awards and prizes

In 1997 N.V. Tsuglenk was awarded the Honorary title “Honored Worker of Higher School of the Russian Federation”.

In 2000 he was awarded the badge "Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation"

In 2002, he received the title “Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”.

Winner of the 2002 Government Award in Science and Technology.

In 2003, the Government of the Republic of Khakassia awarded the title "Honored Scientist of the Republic of Khakassia".

In 2003, he received an award for the development and implementation of protective devices for shutting down and protecting electrical installations and buildings from fires, and preventing electric shocks to people.

In 2005, for his personal contribution to the development of European integration and culture in Oxford (UK), he was awarded two national awards “United Europe” and “Saint Sophia”. [3]

In 2005 and 2007, he was awarded two medals of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called for his personal contribution to the opening of the first university temple of St. Tatiana in KrasGAU.

In 2005, at the Sorbonne (Paris) for the development of educational programs by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, he was awarded the Gold Medal of France, established by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1803.

The American Biographical Society is an international expert in the field of energy and ecology.
