Biography
He graduated in 1973 with honors from the Faculty of Mechanical Technology of Woodworking of the Siberian Technological Institute .
In 2007, at an expanded meeting of the Academic Council, V.V. Ogurtsov was elected rector of the Siberian State Technological University.
