Biography

Born on June 1, 1950 in the village of Ovtsevod , Novosyolovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory .

In 1984 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences on the topic "Socio-economic assessment of labor mechanization in industry (for example, enterprises of the chemical complex of Krasnoyarsk)" (specialty 08.00.05 - Economics and National Economy) [1] .

From 1995 to the present - rector of the Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology .

Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Engineering , honorary member of the International Academy of Psychological Sciences and the International Academy of Management, member of the European Club of Rectors, Russian Union of Rectors , Council of Rectors of the universities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
