Gameplay

The player is controlled by an African nature reserve, which is conditionally divided into 3 territories: a natural park, a tourist area and an African village. The player must arrange all 3 zones.

  • Natural park - the player must populate the park with different animals and plant different types of plants there, however, it is necessary to control the population of animals and maintain a balance between all living creatures, some animals require certain types of plants to other animals as food. The park may be threatened by natural elements in the form of drought, fire, locusts and more.
  • Tourist zone - a place where tourists arrive, the player must equip for them restaurants, hotels, swimming pools, houses, tents and more.
  • African village - the player can use the natives as working personnel for the tourist area. The more the local population is employed, the higher the standard of living in the village. If the natives are left unemployed, they will prey on animals from the natural park.

Criticism

According to the version of the Meristation magazine , the game was rated 8.7 out of 10, according to the All Game Guide - 8 out of 10 stars and according to the version of Computer Games Magazine - 7 out of 10 [1] .

Lisa Karen Savignano, a critic of Allgame magazine, noted that the game can be interesting for children and adults, the main difficulty is to maintain balance in nature: if there are too many predators, they will kill the rest of the fauna in the park, if there are too few then small animals will breed and destroy all the vegetation, while for each new animal and plant you have to pay. In order to earn income, the player needs to develop a tourist zone, and for the service sector, personnel from the local village are needed, and if they are left unemployed, they will begin to poach, that is, the player must follow this delicate chain, which may be destroyed as a result of the wrong step for which the entire park will suffer. The critic also praised the game for its good graphics and soundtrack [2] .
