The village of Nizhnyaya Ilyinovka stands on the left bank of the Dim River (the left tributary of the Amur River ).

The village of Nizhnyaya Ilyinovka is located north of the regional center of Poyarkovo .

The road to the village of Nizhnyaya Ilyinovka runs from Poyarkovo through the villages of Zeleny Bor , Krasny Vostok and Korshunovka . The distance to Poyarkovo is 40 km.

5 km north of Nizhnyaya Ilyinovka there is a regional highway Blagoveshchensk - Tambovka - Raichikhinsk .

From the village of Nizhnyaya Ilyinovka on the right bank of the Dim river there is a road to the village of Yaroslavka .
