Description
A rectangular panel with an aspect ratio of 2: 3 consists of two horizontal equal-sized stripes - red and green, from the middle of the panel to the free edges there is a blue triangle, on the upper strip in the pole part there is a white fountain bordered by a wreath of branches shrouded in a blue ribbon.
